Her business-savvy talent paired with her passion for color, cut and styling creates the foundation for a beautiful career. Her background has lasted her over ten years in business doing what she loves. As an owner she feels it is a wonderful opportunity to teach many stylists and watch them grow their own professional businesses as well. Coaching and teaching assistants and interns to grow in their life and careers feels “enriched and encouraging”.
As a stylist, the art of bringing cut, color and finish together to create a client’s desire results is Alicia’s forte. Her reputation for rich, dimensional and natural-looking color allows her to achieve a wonderful list of clients and friends. Among cut and color treatments, wedding and special occasions are her favorite appointments. Her diverse clientele loves that she is so well rounded in many aspects of the art and business of hair.

Her highly interactive classes offer an easy-going atmosphere with a real world approach to the technical side of hair color. ENJOY hair products are only some of the preferred hair care products used at Above & Beyond Beauty. Alicia firmly believes that a solid technical foundation and a strong business sense are key to in-salon success. She’s great with offering fun and creative ways to re-invent the arts, as well as business aspects of the hair and beauty industry!
For her personal life, Alicia is the proud companion to a beautiful baby boy and devoted husband. Her life and success has come full circle to include a wonderful family. Nothing makes her happier after a successful day at the salon than seeing her loving boys. She continues to expand her business and career while falling passionately in love with life.

Amanda Hunter is pleased to bring her business skills to the table. If you’ve met Amanda, you know her smile is contagious. Her passion for work shines through every aspect of her life, beginning with her hair styling and cutting skills. After only seven years of doing hair professionally, Amanda has gained a reputation for listening and communicating with her clients about their likes and dislikes. Spending time and dedication with a thorough consultation, detailed cutting and careful coloring strengthens her resume as a hair stylist.
One of Amanda’s favorite things about being a hair stylist is the ability to make people feel better about themselves. Determined to offer her clients better treatment, Amanda is dedicated to learning unique skills to better serve her clientele and friends. Not only does Amanda educate her clients during their service and treatments, she teaches them how to use the products to get the styling they need at home. Healthy hair starts at home with successful conditioning and management.

Stephanie is one of our skincare experts. With a growing passion for what she does, she has been practicing for the last ten years. She plans to expand and take the next ten years to higher levels! The sky is the limit when Stephanie sets her mind to it.
Specializing in brow shaping and skincare, Stephanie helps her clients improve their faces from the look to the health of their skin. Any skincare treatment-you name it-Stephanie can do it, from micro dermabrasion and skin peels to the relaxation of an amazing facial. Stephanie loves to help clients look and feel their best, which is why staying up to date on the latest techniques and using state of the art tools is her priority. She loves helping her clients reach their desired results.

Julian is ambitious, young and dedicated to every aspect in the craft of hair designing. He is Vidal Sassoon trained and loves to stay updated with the newest trends in the industry as well as staying strong in classic styles. Julian is certified in three different hair extension methods (beads, keratin bonds and tape ins.) His passion is to create a vision to best suit each guests’ individuality. Cecilia has bee doing lash extensions since 2012 (Minkys certified) and has been very very successful! Permanent makeup took her interested and she chose to get trained and as of the start of 2016 she has started and grown her permanent makeup business. She is very passionate about permanent makeup and allowed it to now take up most of her time in her bookings….
Her goal is “to make women beautiful but in a natural way” realizing that permanent makeup is a wonderful way to be able to do that. Wanting to “help women look youthful” has been incredible for her to do as well. Constance Harrison graduated top three in her class in San Diego, at Le Boutique School of beauty in 2000. Upon completion of beauty school, she continued her education completing various classes including the study of hair with Trichologist Rodney Barnett and color with Chi, Goldwell and Redken. She went onto develop her hair cutting expertise with Unite, Bia and famed Hollywood stylist, Neeko.
